Eyelingual was established in 2004 by Pacific Northwest resident Jason Rudmann. Jason has enjoyed thinking creatively, but the formal decision to pursue a career centered around it came in a high school Radio & Television program. This lead him to graduate with a BA in Electronic Media & Film and later pursue graphic design with a focus on web design. Find out more about Jason on his LinkedIn profile.
Since May of 2008, Jason has been working for Seattle, Wa headquartered Corbis—a creative resource company founded by Bill Gates. As a User Experience Designer, he has designed many features, some patented, for the new version of the site. With guidance from the Usability team, he focuses to make complex purchasing interactions more intuitive.
In April of 2006, Jason joined the Renton, Wa based Sesame—pioneers of online practice management software in the ortho and dental markets. His work on the design team included designing and building content-rich web sites, while working closely with project managers. As Lead Designer, he also handled print campaigns, UI design and some art direction. One of his greatest accomplishments at Sesame was shepherding a transition to standards compliant, SEO friendly, semantic coding of CSS, XHTML and PHP as the foundation for all new sites.
Jason’s professional career began in January of 2005 when he joined FocusMicro—a security solutions provider located in Mukilteo, Wa. As their sole In-house Designer, he addressed all graphics and marketing material including interactive, print and UI design, vinyl signage, and managed the internal and external sites.
